Returns
You have your own unique project priorities, and want the assurance and peace of mind in knowing budget has been well spent.
If the furniture you purchase from Patio Abode does not meet your needs/wants, contact support@patioabode.com & we will work with you to find a solution, if you want a refund, you have 30 days to let us know.
1. To Be Eligible For a Return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, un-assembled, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Proof of Purchase: You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Delivery Fee: In the case you do not want to keep your times and send back to use for refund, the returnee (you) shall bare the cost of return fees since the delivery was free.
4. Re-Stocking Fee: If you choose to make a return for a refund, there is a re-stocking fee in-order to cover the time and labor to prepare your furniture for deliver, plus to the time and labor to re-stock it, we do not like this fee, our accountant insisted after he had a look at our books,
When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as:
1. Made to Order Items (including but not limited to replacement cushions and mattresses)
2. Items that have been assembled or installed
3. Items without their original packaging
4. Items postmarked 30 days or more after the date of delivery
5. Samples
6. Clearance Items
7. Items marked as non-returnable
8. Open Box Items
9. Gift Cards
10. Items shipped outside of the continental United States
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
